Telehealth Monitoring
Alterna-Care partners with Honeywell HomMed™ to provide daily monitoring of vital signs, weight, blood glucose, and pulse oxygen levels.  We review vital signs 7 days a week and contact patients if they test outside their established range.  With web-based access, both families and physicians can login to view patient vital sign transmissions.  Telehealth monitoring coupled with acute nursing care, has dramatically improved the health and quality of life for our patients who suffer from chronic illnesses such as diabetes and congestive heart failure.
Peace of Mind
